Ergonomics

The science of fitting the job to the worker.  Musculoskeletal Disorders are responsible for billions of dollars of expenses every year for American Industry. Conditions such as, carpal tunnel, low back issues, headaches, shoulder and neck pain are increasing physician visits and medical expenses.

IWS has Ergonomic Specialists on staff to evaluate office workstations and manufacturing shop lines. Organizations will receive a comprehensive evaluation with recommendations to improve employee comfortability while decreasing their risk for MSD’s.

Wellness Programming

For those organizations developing internal wellness strategies, IWS will provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance to structure internal wellness programming:

Health Fair Facilitation
